DefectCheck SG provides independent, non-invasive visual inspections of reasonably accessible areas only. Our inspection is based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection and does not include destructive or invasive testing, concealed defects, hidden services, structural assessments, specialist testing, or inaccessible areas.
Inspection Report
Our inspection report reflects our professional observations at the time of inspection and is prepared solely for the client who engaged our services. The report should not be interpreted as a guarantee or certification that the property is free from defects.
Warranty & Consultation
DefectCheck SG does not provide any repair or workmanship warranty, as we are an independent inspection company and do not carry out rectification works.
We provide complimentary off-site consultation via WhatsApp for defects documented in our inspection report. This advisory service is intended to provide guidance and clarification only and does not guarantee repairs, future performance, or the actions or workmanship of any developer, builder, contractor, or interior designer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DefectCheck SG’s liability arising from the inspection service shall be limited to the inspection fee paid by the client.
Acceptance
By confirming a booking or making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
